2022 Christmas Appeal.
Thanks to your generous donations to our Everyday Insurance, Woolworths & Ozharvest Christmas Appeal we raised a record $3.5 million that will enable OzHarvest to rescue and distribute an additional 7,000,000 meals to Australians in need this year.
Every 50 cents donated to our Annual Christmas Appeal, supports OzHarvest to deliver the equivalent of one nutritious meal from our surplus fresh food.
These funds support the cost of drivers, vans, warehouses, fridges, freezers and more. All helping to ensure that as much fresh, healthy surplus food can get to as many Australians in need of food relief as possible.
Since 2014 Woolworths Team Members have carefully, sorted, handled and donated the equivalent of 60 million meals to OzHarvest. OzHarvest have been able to distribute this food to over 1,800 local charities.
