Strata Title is a title based on dividing the site into lots with separate titles. The most common application of Strata Title is for units; but it is also used for complexes with a number of duplexes and villas.

We do not offer building insurance for properties under Strata Title. However we can offer you Contents Insurance.

In the event that the claim relates to the same insured event and the damage sustained is due to the same insured event (i.e. storm damage to your building and contents), then you would only need to pay whichever excess is the higher of your building or contents excess.

Fences are covered under our insured events, however, we do not cover damage caused by storm, rainwater or flood if the fences and gates are not structurally sound or well maintained.

You are covered for loss or damage to your building or contents (as applicable) caused by storm, rainwater and flood. There are some exclusions and limitations, outlined on the Home Insurance Product Disclosure Statement.

There are 3 different ways you can start your Home Insurance claim once you’re logged into your My Insurance Portal account:

1. Go to your Home Insurance policy, click on ‘Open policy details’ and start your claim by clicking on the ‘Make a claim’ button at the top of your screen.

2. Go to ‘My Policies’ page and click on the ‘Make a claim’ button on the Home Insurance policy you’d like to start a claim for.

3. Go to 'Make a Home Insurance claim' page and click on the ‘Start your online claim’ button.

Who is eligible

This offer applies to Everyday Rewards members who have an active registered Everyday Rewards card that is linked to their new eligible Everyday Car or Home Insurance policy purchased during the Offer Period. This offer is not available for customers who purchase a policy via an aggregator site such as Compare the Market or iSelect.

How it works

To qualify for this offer you must: (a) purchase an eligible new Everyday Car or Home Insurance policy during the offer period; (b) provide the promo code SHOP60 when purchasing your policy; (c) successfully link your active, registered Everyday Rewards card to your new Everyday Car or Home Insurance policy at time of purchase; and (d) pass the 14 day cooling off period, pay your first premium in full and keep your policy active.

After you have qualified, we will add the offer to your linked Everyday Rewards card. This may occur up to 45 days after the day you purchase your new eligible Everyday Car or Home Insurance policy.

After we have added the offer to your linked Everyday Rewards card, to redeem the Offer, you must (a) spend a minimum of $100 in-store, in one transaction at Woolworths Supermarkets;  and (b) scan your Everyday Rewards card at the checkout. The $60 off offer will be applied to the first qualifying transaction you make after the offer has been added to your Everyday Rewards card. You cannot save this offer for later transactions. Minimum spend is calculated after savings and discounts, must occur in one transaction and excludes certain products, services, fees, internet cafes, purchases of liquor, smoking/tobacco products and accessories, newspapers, Woolworths Services, Gift Cards (including iTunes), mobile recharge, Everyday Mobile from Woolworths devices or plans, travel cards and tickets, Carpet Care, and lottery products or in conjunction with any other offers.
