Everyday Insurance Product Review Consent
The product review (Product Review) I have provided is a true and accurate reflection of my views and experience as they pertain to the product or service sold by Woolworths Group Limited (Woolworths).
I hereby consent for Everyday Insurance:
1. To use the Product Review in its marketing, advertising or promotional materials in Australia during the period from today’s date including emails to other customers, TV campaigns, catalogues, posters and point of sale material, online at any of its websites and social media platforms, and corporate communications (such as media releases, press releases, shareholder reports and annual reports) (Materials) without remuneration for the purposes of promoting or providing information on the product or service the subject of the Product Review;
2. To edit, cut down, adapt, broadcast or reproduce the Product Review in the Materials, other than in such a way as to amend or misconstrue the intent of the Product Review; and
3. To use my name, and State of residence when reproducing the Product Review in any Materials (provided that Everyday Insurance will not be obliged to use my name in any such Materials).
I acknowledge and agree that the Materials in which the Product Review appears are the property of Everyday Insurance and to the extent applicable, I assign all right, title and interest in the Product Review and if necessary will do any acts and provide any documents necessary to give effect to this assignment.
