Will the change to Everyday Insurance impact my policy?

There’ll be no change to your insurance cover. With Everyday Insurance from Woolworths you’ll have the same policy you know and trust and the same quality level of service and support.


Will this mean I have any new benefits or will I lose any of my old benefits?

With Everyday Insurance from Woolworths you’ll still enjoy 10% off your Woolworths shop once a month° with your car, home, or pet policy. Plus, even more exciting rewards and exclusive offers are coming soon.


What is the difference between Woolworths Insurance and Everyday Insurance?

I’m an existing Woolworths Insurance customer. What will happen to my Policy?

I’m in the middle of a claim. Will these changes impact it?

Rest assured, the changes to our name and the look and feel of Everyday Insurance, won’t impact your policy, coverage, or your claim.


Do I have to be an Everyday Rewards member to buy insurance?

You don’t have to be an Everyday Rewards member. But if you’re not a member, you won’t be eligible for the extras that Everyday Insurance customers can get. Like 10% off your grocery shop once a month°, and all the other excitements coming soon in the pipeline.


Will I need to change my login or account details?

No, you don’t have to do a thing. Your existing login details will still work.
