How do I link my Everyday Rewards Card?

If you are a Car, Home or Landlords customer, you can link your Everyday Rewards Card to your Insurance policy online. Simply follow these steps: 

1. Login to My Insurance Portal

2. Click on ‘My Account’
3. Click on ‘View my rewards and benefits'
4. Click on the ‘Manage card' button
5. Add your Everyday Rewards Card number on the field and click ‘Apply'.

Car, Home and Landlords Insurance customers can also use our Chat Now option to update your Everyday Rewards Card.

For Pet, Life and Funeral policies, please call our Customer Care team on 1300 10 1234 during our operating hours.

How can I pay for my Insurance policy?

We accept payment via direct debit from either a bank account or credit card, which can be on an annual or monthly basis. Unfortunately, we do not accept BPAY® payments at the moment.

New customers:

You will set up a direct debit at the time of purchasing a policy. Your first and future payments will then be automatically debited within five business days.

Current customers:

If your policy is renewing, you don’t need to make any manual payments. We’ll send you a renewal notice at least 14 days before the renewal date. If you’ve missed a payment, click here.

Your policy renewal and payment may automatically occur unless you advise us otherwise prior to the renewal date.

How do I update my payment details?

If you're a Car, Home or Landlords Insurance customer, you can update your payment details online through My Insurance Portal.

Just go to ‘My Account’, click 'Edit Payment Details' and enter your new debit or credit card information.

If you’re a Pet Insurance customer, you can update your details through MyPet Portal via My Insurance Portal.

If you'd like help changing your details or setting up a direct debit, please call our friendly customer service team on 1300 10 1234 during our operating hours.

Once you update your payment details, any outstanding payments will be automatically debited within five days.

How do I update my end odometer reading?

If you have a Drive Less Pay Less policy, you may be able to increase your end odometer reading online via My Insurance Portal. 

To increase your end odometer reading, login to My Insurance Portal, click on ‘View Policy details’ for your desired Car policy OR click on ‘Need more kms?’ on your current odometer reading. 

There might be some instances where your end odometer reading cannot be increased. If this is the case, or to decrease your end odometer reading, please contact us.

Your end odometer reading increases at each renewal, based on how far you estimated the car will be driven each year. To decrease your end odometer reading, please contact us.

Where can I find my Certificate of Insurance?

To view your Certificate of Insurance, log in to My Insurance Portal and go to ‘My Policies’, select the policy with the certificate you'd like to view by clicking ‘View Policy Details’.

You can view and download your Certificate of Insurance by clicking on ‘View Certificate of Insurance’. Your certificate will open in a new window.

How do I update my contact details and preferences?

If you’re a Car, Home or Landlord Insurance customer, you can update your contact details online through My Insurance Portal.

Just click on ‘My Account’ then 'Edit Account Details' and you can make changes to your email address or phone number. 

If you’re a Pet Insurance customer, you can update your details through MyPet Portal via My Insurance Portal.

If you're a Life Insurance customer or if you'd like to change the way you receive your insurance documentation, call our friendly customer service team on 1300 10 1234.

Please note, it can take up to 48 hours to update document delivery preferences.

Any change or update to contact details / personal information in My Insurance Portal or MyPet Portal will not apply to your Life Insurance policy. Please call our friendly customer service team on 1300 10 1234.
