If you require immediate assistance and do not have an existing membership, you can purchase Emergency Roadside Assistopens in a new tab. The cost of the emergency product will cover the cost of the urgent call-out fee and will also provide you with coverage for the next year.

Our Standard Roadside Assist memberships take 48 hours to come into effect. If you require immediate roadside assistance, you can purchase an emergency productopens in a new tab.

Call for Roadside Assistance now on 1800 225 405 and have these details ready:

• Car registration number
• Breakdown location
• Car VIN number
• Description of your car ( i.e. the build of your car)

If the car cannot be mobilised on the roadside, we will tow the vehicle free of charge to your preferred repairer up to 20km from the breakdown location or to the nearest accredited repairer up to 100km from the breakdown location.
