We accept payment via direct debit from either a bank account or credit card, which can be on an annual or monthly basis. Unfortunately, we do not accept BPAY® payments at the moment.
New customers:
You will set up a direct debit at the time of purchasing a policy. Your first and future payments will then be automatically debited within five business days.
Current customers:
If your policy is renewing, you don’t need to make any manual payments. We’ll send you a renewal notice at least 14 days before the renewal date. If you’ve missed a payment, .
Your policy renewal and payment may automatically occur unless you advise us otherwise prior to the renewal date.
For your Landlords policy, you can choose to pay annually or monthly. If you choose to pay your premium annually you may save additional costs.
To update your payment frequency or set up a direct debit, please call us on 1300 10 1234 during our operating hours.
Once you update your payment details, any outstanding payments will be automatically debited within five days.
To update your postal address for your Landlords Insurance policy, please give us a call on 1300 10 1234 during our operating hours.
